Penta Fund
Penta Funds are qualified investor funds that allow investors to become part of the successful story of the Penta group, its projects, partnerships, and achieved results.
By purchasing investment shares of Penta funds, the investor gains the opportunity to participate in the appreciation of the assets of all portfolio companies and real estate projects of the Penta group.
Penta Investments Group Limited has established:
- Penta Equity Fund SICAV, a.s. - a fund for investors who are interested in investing in all portfolio companies and real estate projects of the Penta group, including brands such as Dr. Max, Fortuna, Penta Real Estate, Primabanka, or Penta Hospitals
- Penta Real Estate Fund SICAV, a.s. - a fund for investors who are interested in investing only in real estate projects of the Penta group. Penta Real Estate is one of the most prominent developers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It stands behind iconic projects such as Masaryčka, SKY PARK by Zaha Hadid, Victoria Palace, or the new Bory district.
Exclusively for Privatbanka clients, classes of investment shares are available which provide protection against a decrease in investment value (CAP/FLOOR classes).
Penta funds and their sub-funds are registered in the Czech Republic and regulated by the Czech National Bank. Privatbanka, a. s. is the distributor of all classes of Penta Fund investment shares in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, in EUR and CZK.

Risks associated with the investment
Due to their risk profile, an investor in qualified investor funds is exposed to higher risks than an investor in traditional mutual funds, corporate bonds issued by the Penta Group, or term deposits. On the other hand, this increased risk is compensated by the significantly higher potential return that the investor can achieve when the recommended investment horizon is met.
